Born in 1970 in La Ciotat in the south of France, Alin is a self-taught painter inspired as much by his travels around the world as by his roots in Ciotat. Freedom is perhaps the word that best defines him. He explores all painting techniques, and also ventures into interior design and show decorating. He loves a challenge. All the techniques he's acquired over the years he enjoys mixing and matching in his work. Alin likes to work on atypical supports, and in particular at the moment on synthetic fiber, which enables him to create surprising effects. Indeed, on the same painting, the viewer can discover two different paintings.
