Red Dito is a French colorist painter and visual artist born in 1971. Before fully dedicating himself to painting, he worked as a composer for cinema, advertising, and television, enriching his artistic sensitivity and sense of composition. Since embracing his painting career, Red Dito has regularly exhibited his works in galleries (Paris, Avignon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Toulouse...) and contemporary art fairs (ART 3F, ART FAIR) and also shares his work and creative process on social media, particularly on Instagram, where he has built a community. Red Dito excels in creating large-scale formats, using various techniques and mediums to express his artistic vision. Inspired by artists such as Fernand Léger, Picasso, Magritte, he primarily uses acrylic, oil, and Posca to create vibrant and expressive works. What particularly distinguishes Red Dito's creations is the depth and complexity they reveal to the viewer. At first glance, his works may seem simple, dominated by shapes and colors. However, upon closer inspection, one often discovers hidden messages and details that add an additional dimension to his creations. For Red Dito, this duality is a way to invite the viewer to choose to explore his works more deeply, reflecting his life philosophy of always seeing the glass as half full. Red Dito's love for painting is also evident in his passion for creating his own colors. It was this desire for control over his palette that initially drew him to the world of painting. His painting is a harmonious blend of free figuration, cubism, and street art, creating a unique and recognizable style. With his innovative approach and ability to create works with multiple interpretations, Red Dito is establishing himself as a promising artist in the contemporary painting landscape, always seeking to evoke emotions and stimulate reflection through his creations
